To enhance the quality of life in central Ohio by facilitating the use of natural and economic resources for a sustainable future.

Welcome to Heart of Ohio Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council. We serve the Central Ohio counties of Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Morrow and Pickaway. Our non-profit, 501c3 organization is comprised of one County Commissioner, one Soil and Water Conservation District Board Member and one at-large member for each of the 9 counties. This 27-member council has primary responsibility for the groups' activities but we are always eager to involve other interested individuals.Opportunities to support our organization exist through participation in our activities and projects, volunteerism or monetary donations.
